For standard service the highest margin we will charge for temporary warehouse staff will be £0.83 per hour, and the lowest margin will be £0.53 per hour (based on higher volume).

We provide the following additional support, according to volume, for no additional cost to the client:

• We will appoint a recognised team leader on any site requiring at least 25 temporary workers per day.
• On any site requiring a minimum of 50 temporary workers per day for at least 5 days TW Network will provide a dedicated on-site coordinator.

All of out temporary workers’ files are fully transparent and open to our clients to audit reference at any time.

We have invested heavily in our IT and administration structure. This allows for increased business activity whilst maintaining overhead and ensures compliance is guaranteed.

All temporary workers are personally interviewed and a minimum of the last two years work history is fully verified and referenced. We are also meticulous when determining proof of right to work in the UK and workers registration documentation is logged into our computer system with expiry dates preventing illegal placement of workers

We audit our approved second tier supply agencies utilising our online self audit. This is then followed by a full branch audit and is repeated every six months.

One of our core strategies, is to form partnerships with second tier suppliers, which we guarantee to allocate a fixed percentage of bookings to on and off peak. TW Network has established relationships with several key agencies for this purpose.

In addition we have access to current PPF strategic partnership arrangements with over 85 agencies, all of whom are fully audited
